2. USER AGREEMENT

To access Fixorix services, you must create an account. You agree to:

2.2 Account Responsibility

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited

• Crop Mapping: NDVI analysis, health monitoring
• Soil Testing: Nutrient analysis for better yield
• Farm Equipment: Power tiller rental with operator

• Construction: Concrete mixer, scaffolding, tile cutter
• Industrial: Generator, pressure washer, welding machine

All services include free inspection and 6-month warranty.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Pricing Structure
Fixorix offers transparent pricing for all services:
• Service prices are displayed before booking confirmation
• Final price may vary based on job complexity and materials required
• Any additional charges will be communicated and approved before work begins
• All prices include applicable taxes (GST)
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment options:
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Credit Cards / Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets
• Cash on completion (for eligible services)
• Fixorix Wallet / Credits (if applicable)
4.3 Payment Timeline
• Full payment is required upon service completion
• For high-value services (above ₹5,000), partial advance may be required
• Advance amounts are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Material costs may require separate advance payment
4.4 Service Charges
• Platform convenience fee (if applicable) will be displayed before booking
• Emergency service charges apply for 24/7 urgent bookings
• Late-night service charges (10 PM – 6 AM) may apply
4.5 Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellation before technician dispatch: Full refund
• Cancellation after technician dispatched: 50% refund
• Cancellation after work started: No refund
• Refunds processed within 5-7 working days to original payment source
4.6 Disputes
For payment disputes, contact us within 7 days at payments@fixorix.in with:
• Booking ID
• Transaction details
• Description of issue
4.7 Security
• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways
• Fixorix does not store your card or banking details
• OTP verification required for all online transactions

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when:
• Creating your account
• Booking services
• Describing the service requirement
• Providing service location details
• Sharing contact information
5.2 Service Access
You are responsible for:
• Ensuring safe access to the service location
• Providing clear instructions to reach your premises
• Being present or arranging access during the scheduled time
• Securing pets and vulnerable items before technician arrival
• Informing us of any safety hazards at the location
5.3 Communication
You agree to:
• Respond promptly to our calls and messages
• Confirm appointments within the requested timeframe
• Notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to reschedule
• Provide feedback after service completion
5.4 Conduct
You agree to:
• Treat service professionals with respect and dignity
• Not engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
• Not request services outside our terms of use
• Not manipulate ratings or reviews
5.5 Payment Obligations
You are responsible for:
• Making timely payments as agreed
• Paying for additional work requested during service
• Covering material costs if you approve purchase
• Settling any outstanding dues before future bookings
5.6 Property Safety
You agree to:
• Secure valuable items before service
• Inform technicians of any fragile or sensitive items
• Verify work completion before making final payment
• Report any concerns immediately
5.7 Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel:
• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled time
• Late cancellation (within 2 hours) may incur a fee
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your account
